General information on data processing
We process personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations, in particular the DSGVO and the BDSG as applicable in Germany. Data processing by us only takes place on the basis of legal permission. When you use this website, we process personal data only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO), for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or at your request for the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) b) DSGVO), for the fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) DSGVO) or if the processing is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, unless your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require the protection of personal data override (Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO).
Hosting
Hetzner Online GmbH
We host our website with our processor Hetzner, Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen (hereinafter: Hetzner) based on a data processing agreement according to the requirements of the DSGVO.
The use of Hetzner is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is presented as reliably as possible. Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 Para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
The data collected during the operation of this website (connection and personal data) are explained in detail within the framework of this privacy policy.
Data collection on this website
Server log files
During the purely informative use of our website, general information that your browser transmits to our server is initially stored automatically (i.e. not via registration). This includes by default: browser type and version, operating system used, page accessed, the previously visited page (referrer URL), IP address, date and time of the server request and HTTP status code. The IP address is stored anonymously. A personal reference can no longer be established.
The processing is carried out to protect our legitimate interests and is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. This processing serves the technical administration and security of the website. The stored data is deleted unless there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications and further examination and processing of the information is necessary for this reason. This data is not merged with other data sources.
Cookies
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored by your browser when you visit a website. This identifies the browser used and can be recognised by our web server. In particular, we use permanent cookies ("persistent cookies") to analyse our website. These cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may vary depending on the cookie. If this use of cookies results in the processing of personal data, this is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO. This processing serves our legitimate interest in making our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time. You can generally object to the use of cookies through your browser settings.
Cookies on this website are used exclusively for functional purposes. No cookies from third-party providers are used.
Contact form
Information that you enter in the contact form is recorded by the server and forwarded to us. It is not permanently stored on the server itself. If you expect an answer from us, only a valid e-mail address is required. All other information, including your name, is voluntary, although the input fields must not be empty when submitting the form. If you do not wish to provide your name and / or e-mail address, just enter dummy values. Only a valid e-mail address format must be used for the e-mail address.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption.
You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Data transmitted to us via the contact form is thus protected from unauthorised access during transmission from the browser to the server by active SSL/TLS encryption. Data is transferred from the server to us by e-mail, also via an encrypted connection between the e-mail server and e-mail client software. Web server and e-mail server are located at the same hosting provider.
Website analysis
We use the open-source solution AWStats, as self-hosted server software to create visitor statistics on our website. An analysis is carried out exclusively on the basis of anonymised IP addresses.
Data collection in the context of contract conclusion and execution
For the preparation of an offer and a possible subsequent conclusion of a contract, further personal data may be collected, such as full name, address and e-mail address. The collection of data is limited to the extent required by law for the fulfilment of accounting requirements, as well as the requirements for maintaining undisturbed and reliable communication between the contracting parties during the performance of the contract.
Should further collection of personal data occur during the execution of the order, we undertake to obtain the prior consent of the client.
Storage duration
Unless otherwise stated in this policy, we only store the data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the processing purpose or to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. Such legal retention obligations may arise in particular from commercial or tax law regulations.
